Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced GCP Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) technologies, particularly BigQuery and DataProc (PySpark), along with good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes using GCP services.

- Work extensively with BigQuery for data modeling, query optimization, and analytics.

- Develop and manage data processing workflows using DataProc (PySpark).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality data solutions.

- Ensure data integrity, quality, and performance across platforms.

- Troubleshoot and optimize existing pipelines for efficiency and scalability.

Required Skills :

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in data engineering.

- Strong expertise in GCP BigQuery and DataProc (PySpark).

- Good understanding of data warehousing concepts and cloud-based ETL design.

- Hands-on experience with Python and SQL.

Good to Have :

- Experience working with Informatica or other ETL tools.

- Exposure to GCP Dataflow, Pub/Sub, and other GCP components.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools like Git.
