Description :

UI/UX Designer with 2 - 4 years of experience who can create intuitive, usable, and visually consistent interfaces for enterprise web applications.

You will focus on UX execution and UI quality, working closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to deliver high-quality features and improvements.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning requirements into clean, usable interfaces and wants to grow in a product-led, AI-enabled environment.

Responsibilities :

UX Design :

- Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, and UI designs

- Improve usability across existing features and workflows

- Handle complex enterprise use cases such as dashboards, tables, forms, and settings

- Identify UX issues and propose practical improvements

UI Design :

- Design high-fidelity UI screens aligned with brand and design system

- Ensure visual consistency, clarity, and accessibility

- Create responsive layouts for web applications

- Apply strong typography, spacing, and hierarchy principles

Design Systems :

- Use and contribute to the companys design system

- Create and maintain reusable components in Figma

- Follow UI standards and best practices across products

Collaboration :

- Work closely with Product Designers, PMs, and Engineers

- Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and handoffs

- Clearly communicate design decisions and trade-offs

AI-Enabled Workflow :

- Use AI tools to speed up ideation, UX copy, and iterations

- Leverage AI for layout exploration, content suggestions, and edge-case checks

- Maintain design quality and usability while working faster

Required Skills & Experience :

Must-Have :

- 2-4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer

- Strong understanding of UX principles and usability

- Solid UI design skills (layout, spacing, typography, color)

- Experience designing web-based products or SaaS applications

- Proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components, variants)

- Ability to explain design decisions clearly

- Experience working with cross-functional product teams

AI & Productivity :

- Comfortable using ChatGPT or similar AI tools for UX copy and ideation

- Familiarity with Figma AI or AI-assisted design workflows

- Willingness to adopt new tools and workflows
