Role Overview :

As a UI/UX Designer at Euphoric Thought Technologies, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our healthcare software products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, software engineers, and other designers to translate user needs and business requirements into visually appealing and functional designs. Your work will directly impact the user experience of our products, ensuring that healthcare professionals can efficiently and effectively utilize our solutions to deliver better patient care.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user journey for healthcare professionals.

- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement in our existing and future products.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts to stakeholders.

- Collaborate with software engineers to ensure the accurate and efficient implementation of designs, providing guidance and support throughout the development process.

- Maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across all our products.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends and technologies, and proactively identify opportunities to improve our design processes and methodologies.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience.

- Proficiency in using design tools such as Adobe XD and Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

- Working knowledge of front-end development technologies such as jQuery, HTML, and CSS.

- Strong visual design skills, including a solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles, with experience using Photoshop.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
