Role Overview :

As a Senior React.js Developer, you will lead the front-end development lifecycle, transforming complex requirements into seamless, high-performance user interfaces. You will work closely with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to architect scalable components that drive the company's core platforms. Your contribution will directly influence the usability and efficiency of our applications, ensuring that our technical infrastructure remains both modern and highly responsive to evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and maintain modular, reusable React.js components to ensure consistent UI performance across all company platforms.

- Integrate complex RESTful APIs with front-end services to provide a seamless data flow for end-users.

- Optimize application performance and rendering speeds by implementing efficient state management strategies using Redux.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate wireframes and design mockups into pixel-perfect, functional web interfaces.

- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical guidance to uphold high standards of code quality and maintainability.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex front-end bugs to ensure a stable and bug-free experience for our clients.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building large-scale web applications using React.js, with a deep understanding of the virtual DOM and component lifecycle.

- Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable code using TypeScript to ensure type safety and reduce runtime errors in complex applications.

- Strong command over modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 to build responsive and accessible user interfaces.

- Proven ability to manage complex application states in large-scale projects using Redux or similar state management libraries.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively within a team.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to the hybrid work environment at our Bangalore office.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, complemented by 5 - 8 years of hands-on experience in front-end development.
