Euphoric Thought Technologies - Senior Java Developer - Spring Boot/TypeScript

We're looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer (70% Java Backend +30% ReactJS Javascript) with deep experience in designing and building scalable, high-performance systems using Java, Spring Boot, React, and cloud-native architectures. This role will play a key part in driving the technical direction for our modern eCommerce platform, helping to shape system architecture, streamline distributed workflows, and lead the development of robust, enterprise-grade solutions.

What You'll Be Doing :

- Lead the design and development of scalable full-stack applications using Java 17-21 version experience preferred ,Spring Boot for the backend and React with TypeScript on the frontend

- Define system architecture patterns for distributed systems, ensuring resilience, scalability, and maintainability

- Develop and optimize RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration with messaging systems like Kafka, Solace, or Azure Event Hub

- Collaborate with Product and UX teams to translate requirements into technical designs

- Champion best practices in code quality, CI/CD, testing, and performance optimization

- Guide junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement

- Participate in architecture reviews, system design discussions, and capacity planning

What You Bring to the Table :

- 10+years Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and React / TypeScript in production systems

- Deep understanding of system design principles, distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud-native patterns

- Experience integrating with event-driven architectures using Kafka, Solace, or similar

- Strong knowledge of API security, identity management, and performance tuning

- Exposure to relational (MySQL) and NoSQL (Couchbase, MongoDB, etc.) databases

- Comfort working in Agile environments, collaborating across teams, and influencing stakeholders

- Hands-on experience working in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)

- Proficiency with microservices, REST APIs, message queues, and streaming technologies

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Micro Frontends, Headless Commerce platforms, or API gateways

- Familiarity with performance monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, New Relic), CI/CD (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins), and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes)

- Passion for clean code, system optimization, and simplifying complex problems

- Strong communication and mentoring skills
