About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipeline development, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and modern DevOps practices. You will work closely with software development, QA, and IT teams to streamline deployment processes, improve system reliability, and enhance scalability across environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment.

- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure using AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.

- Monitor system performance and reliability through logging, alerting, and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).

- Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth release cycles and continuous delivery.

- Ensure system security, scalability, and high availability through best practices.

- Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues across multiple environments.

- Lead automation initiatives and mentor junior DevOps engineers.

- Maintain documentation for infrastructure architecture and DevOps processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure Engineering.

- Strong experience with AWS / Azure / GCP services.

- Expertise in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or CircleCI.

- Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Shell.

- Experience with version control (Git) and container orchestration.

- Deep understanding of Linux systems administration and networking fundamentals.

- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, ELK Stack, CloudWatch, Grafana).

- Knowledge of security best practices in cloud and DevOps workflows.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certification in AWS/Azure/GCP DevOps or Architecture.

- Experience with microservices architecture and serverless frameworks.

- Exposure to Agile and DevSecOps environments.

- Hands-on experience with cost optimization and cloud governance.
