Role Overview :

As an RPA Developer at Euphoric Thought Technologies, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end automation solutions that drive operational efficiency. You will work closely with business analysts and cross-functional engineering teams to translate complex manual workflows into robust, scalable automated processes. Your work will directly influence the productivity of our clients by reducing manual intervention and enhancing data accuracy across their enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and build scalable automation workflows using UiPath to optimize repetitive business processes for our clients.

- Integrate RPA solutions with external systems and databases using APIs and SQL queries to ensure seamless data flow and process continuity.

- Develop custom code components in C# and Python to extend the functionality of automation bots beyond standard tool capabilities.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines to manage the deployment lifecycle of automation projects, ensuring high availability and version control.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis to maintain high bot performance and reliability.

- Configure and manage cloud-based automation environments within Azure to support enterprise-grade scaling and security requirements.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in designing complex automation workflows using UiPath and other leading RPA tools.

- Strong technical command of SQL for database management and C# or Python for developing custom automation logic.

- Proven ability to integrate automation solutions with REST/SOAP APIs and manage infrastructure within Azure cloud environments.

- Experience in managing the full software development lifecycle, including the implementation of CI/CD practices for automated deployments.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate technical constraints and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment in Noida, maintaining high standards of documentation and code quality.

- Candidates should possess 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in building and maintaining enterprise-level automation solutions.
