Role Overview :

As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining the core backend systems that drive our client platforms.

You will work closely with cross-functional product and engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into high-quality, maintainable code.

Your contribution will directly impact the scalability and reliability of our services, ensuring that our end-users experience seamless performance as we continue to expand our technical footprint.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain high-performance backend services using Java and Spring Boot to ensure system reliability for our enterprise clients.

- Design and implement scalable microservices architectures that allow for modular growth and easier maintenance of complex application features.

- Optimize database interactions and data persistence layers using Hibernate to improve application speed and resource efficiency.

- Build and expose secure RESTful web services to facilitate seamless communication between internal systems and third-party integrations.

- Deploy and manage application infrastructure on AWS to ensure high availability and fault tolerance for mission-critical business processes.

- Collaborate with engineering leads and stakeholders to troubleshoot production issues and implement performance enhancements that improve the overall user experience.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Java development with 3 - 6 years of hands-on experience in building enterprise-grade applications.

- Proficiency in Spring Boot and Hibernate for developing robust backend frameworks and managing complex data models.

- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and the ability to design decoupled, scalable service components.

- Practical experience in developing and consuming RESTful web services within a distributed environment.

- Hands-on experience with AWS services for cloud deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure management.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid office environment in Bangalore, collaborating with distributed teams to meet project milestones.
