What You'll Do :
- Work on Customer Data Platform (CDP) implementations or enhancements
- Ingest, transform, and manage customer data from multiple sources such as web, mobile, CRM, marketing tools, and transactional systems
- Support customer identity resolution, profile unification, and audience segmentation
- Enable marketing and customer analytics use cases including segmentation, cross-channel
marketing, customer journeys, funnel analysis, and personalization
- Collaborate with marketing, product, analytics, and engineering stakeholders to understand and translate data requirements
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance, including PII handling and consent management
- Assist in building dashboards, reports, or data exports for downstream activation platforms
- Contribute to documentation and best practices related to CDP and analytics workflows.
What Makes You a Fit :
Academic Background :
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Science, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline
- 2 - 5 years of experience in data analytics, marketing analytics, customer analytics, or a client facing role
- Strong understanding of customer data concepts including events, profiles, identities, attributes, and audiences
- Experience in marketing analytics, segmentation, and cross-channel marketing use cases
- SQL knowledge is a plus; candidates with strong CDP and marketing experience will be
considered even with limited SQL exposure
Extra Skills :
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to work in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
- Understanding of end-to-end data flows across system
