You will collaborate closely with data architects, software engineers, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust test strategies. By maintaining high standards of data quality, you will directly influence the reliability of our analytical platforms, enabling leadership to make data-driven decisions with absolute confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and execute comprehensive test plans for complex ETL processes to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across the entire data lifecycle.

- Develop and maintain sophisticated SQL scripts to perform deep-dive data validation and reconciliation between source systems and target data warehouses.

- Automate repetitive testing tasks using Python to increase testing efficiency and reduce the time-to-market for new data features.

- Validate data transformation logic and performance within Snowflake DB environments to ensure optimal query execution and scalability.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and resolve data quality bottlenecks, ensuring seamless integration across the enterprise data architecture.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end ETL and Data Warehousing testing, with a proven ability to handle large-scale data migrations and complex transformations.

- Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex data manipulation and Python for scripting automated test frameworks.

- Hands-on experience working with Snowflake DB, including performance tuning and schema validation in cloud-based environments.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate technical data discrepancies to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.

- Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative, hybrid work environment, demonstrating self-motivation and a commitment to high-quality deliverables.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by 5 - 10 years of professional experience in data-centric testing roles.
