We're looking for an experienced ETL Tester to validate enterprise-scale data pipelines, ensure data quality, and perform end-to-end testing across modern cloud-based data platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Databricks, SQL, Azure Data Factory, and ETL/Data Warehouse Testing in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Validate end-to-end ETL/Data Pipeline testing across enterprise applications.

- Design, develop, execute, and maintain Functional, Integration, Deployment, and Regression test cases.

- Validate data transformations using SQL, Databricks, SQL DB, and PostgreSQL.

- Collaborate with Business, Product Owners, Developers, and Vendors to ensure high-quality releases.

- Perform Defect Management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and coordinate defect resolution.

- Prepare test plans, effort estimations, test data, and test execution reports.

- Lead testing activities, mentor testers, and ensure timely project delivery.

- Support Agile Scrum delivery, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

Mandatory Skills :

- 5+ years of Software Testing / ETL Testing experience.

- Strong hands-on experience in ETL Testing and Data & Analytics Testing.

- Advanced SQL expertise with experience writing complex queries.

- Hands-on experience with Databricks (Spark SQL & Python preferred).

- Strong understanding of Azure Data Engineering :

1. Azure Data Factory (ADF)

- Strong experience in Integration Testing, Regression Testing, and Deployment Testing.

- Good understanding of STLC, Testing Concepts, Agile Scrum, and DevOps.

- Experience with Azure DevOps (VSTS), JIRA, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience in Test Management, Defect Management, and Test Automation concepts.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills.

Good to Have :

- Backend Automation using Databricks.

- Retail domain experience.

- Azure/AWS Data Analytics exposure.

- Understanding of AI concepts.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
