ETL Developer/Senior Developer - Informatica/Talend

Job Description :

We are looking for a talented ETL Developer / Senior Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust ETL solutions supporting our data integration and analytics initiatives.

This role offers the opportunity to work on next-generation data solutions and collaborate with a dynamic, cross-functional team.

What Youll Do :

- Design and develop ETL workflows and data integration solutions.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Optimize and troubleshoot existing ETL processes for performance and reliability.

- Develop and maintain data models, mappings, and documentation.

- Ensure data quality, consistency, and security across all ETL processes.

- Work closely with data architects, analysts, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality data solutions.

- Participate in code reviews and promote best practices for ETL development.

- Support production systems, monitor jobs, and resolve data issues as needed.

What Youll Need :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- 38 years of experience in ETL development (adjust as needed).

- Strong hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, Apache NiFi, SSIS, or similar.

- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling.

- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).

- Experience working with large-scale data integration projects.

- Familiarity with scheduling/orchestration tools (e.g., Control-M, Airflow).

- Good understanding of data quality, governance, and security best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with cloud-based data services (AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, GCP Dataflow, etc.)

- Exposure to big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).

- Knowledge of REST APIs and real-time data integration.

- Experience in data visualization or BI tools is a plus.
