Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ETL Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust data integration solutions between Dynamics 365 CE and other enterprise systems.

You will collaborate closely with business analysts, solution architects, and other developers to understand data requirements and translate them into efficient and scalable ETL processes. Your work will directly impact the accuracy and availability of critical business data, enabling better decision-making and improved business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop ETL processes using SSIS to extract, transform, and load data between Dynamics 365 CE and other data sources, ensuring data quality and integrity.

- Implement and maintain data integration solutions that meet business requirements, providing timely and accurate data for reporting and analysis.

- Optimize ETL processes for performance and scalability, improving data processing efficiency and reducing data latency.

- Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document data requirements, facilitating clear communication and alignment on project goals.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for ETL processes, enabling knowledge sharing and future maintenance.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in ETL development using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) with 5- 6 years of experience.

- Proven ability to design and implement data integration solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.

- Strong proficiency in SQL Server, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and functions.

- Experience with Azure data services, such as Azure Data Factory and Azure SQL Database, is a plus.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data integration issues effectively.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
