Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ETL Developer with hands-on expertise in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), AWS Glue, Python programming, and data modeling. You will play a key role in designing and developing scalable data integration pipelines that enable our data transformation and migration initiatives from Informatica to AWS Glue.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL pipelines using Informatica IICS and AWS Glue (PySpark).

- Lead the migration and modernization of existing ETL workflows from Informatica PowerCenter/IICS to AWS Glue.

- Develop Python scripts for custom data transformation, automation, and orchestration.

- Work with large datasets across structured and semi-structured data formats in cloud environments.

- Collaborate with Data Architects and Business Analysts to create effective data models, mappings, and transformation logic.

- Write optimized and maintainable SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, and performance tuning to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Maintain documentation and follow Agile delivery practices.

Required Skills :

- 5-8 years of experience in ETL/Data Engineering roles.

- Strong experience in Informatica IICS (Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services) - mappings, taskflows, parameterization, and integration with cloud storage/services.

- AWS Glue development experience using PySpark or Python Glue Jobs.

- Solid knowledge of Python for scripting and data transformation.

- Strong SQL development skills (writing complex queries, performance optimization).

- Experience with data modeling, data warehousing principles, and best practices.

- Hands-on experience with AWS services (S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, Glue Catalog).

- Good understanding of CI/CD processes and version control (e.g., Git).

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with migration projects from Informatica to AWS Glue.

- Knowledge of AWS Data Lake architecture and Glue Studio.

- Exposure to orchestration tools like Apache Airflow, AWS Step Functions, or similar.

- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps environments.

Work Mode :

Hybrid : 2-3 days/week in office; flexible remote working otherwise.
