Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced DWH / ETL Developer with strong expertise in SSIS and Data Warehousing concepts.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining ETL pipelines, along with proven client-handling skills.

Experience in the Healthcare domain will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using SSIS.

- Build and optimize Data Warehouse solutions, including fact and dimension tables.

- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading from multiple source systems.

- Ensure data quality, integrity, and performance tuning of ETL processes.

- Work closely with business stakeholders and clients to gather and understand requirements.

- Provide technical support, issue resolution, and performance optimization.

- Prepare technical documentation and data flow designs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4 6 years of hands-on experience in DWH / ETL Development.

- Strong expertise in SSIS.

- Solid understanding of Data Warehousing concepts (Star Schema, Snowflake, Fact & Dimension modeling).

- Proficiency in SQL and performance tuning.

- Experience in client interaction and requirement gathering.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in the Healthcare industry.

- Exposure to reporting tools (SSRS / Power BI good to have).

- Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with large-scale data environments.

- Understanding of scheduling and monitoring ETL jobs.

- Exposure to cloud data platforms (Azure / AWS a plus).
