ETL Developer - Data Analytics

We are seeking an experienced ETL Developer to join our clients team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SSIS, DataStage, or Talend, with hands-on experience in designing, building, and optimizing data integration workflows. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with large and complex datasets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build scalable and efficient data pipelines to support analytics, reporting, and downstream

systems.

- Optimize ETL jobs for performance, reliability, and data accuracy.

- Analyze data requirements and implement solutions ensuring data quality and consistency.

- Troubleshoot issues related to data loads, job failures, and performance bottlenecks.

- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to understand requirements

and deliver solutions.

- Maintain technical documentation and adhere to coding, testing, and security standards.

Required Skills :

- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in ETL development.

- Strong expertise in one or more ETL tools : SSIS, IBM DataStage, or Talend.

- Solid understanding of SQL, relational databases, and data warehousing concepts.

- Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting ETL processes.

- Good understanding of batch processing, scheduling tools, and workflow orchestration.
