Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced ETL Developer with expertise in CloverDX to lead the development and maintenance of our critical data integration processes. As a Process Manager, you will focus on end-to-end data integration, transformation, and loading workflows, specializing in derivatives trade data. This role requires a strong commitment to data quality, robust troubleshooting skills for complex data pipeline failures, and the ability to manage Level 2 and Level 3 support activities to ensure uninterrupted data flow.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL workflows using CloverDX to support scalable and reliable data integration across systems.

- Ingest, cleanse, and transform large-scale derivatives trade data sourced from exchanges, buy-side firms, and sell-side firms, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements.

- Standardize and deliver data into defined target formats for downstream applications, including analytics, reporting, and compliance systems.

- Ensure high levels of data quality, consistency, and integrity across multiple platforms and data pipelines.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholdersto gather requirements and implement efficient data processing solutions.

- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support, addressing data pipeline failures through timely troubleshooting and resolution.

- Conduct in-depth root cause analysis of recurring issues and implement long-term solutions to ensure uninterrupted data flow.

- Document ETL workflows, data transformations, and support procedures in line with operational best practices.

- Analyze data storage needs and contribute to data warehouse architecture, ensuring efficient data access and scalability.

- Build and optimize data warehouses, operational data stores, and data marts to support internal departmental needs and enterprise-wide analytics.

- Design and automate complex data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) applications to streamline data delivery processes.

- Lead the design and implementation of logical data models and schema structures that align with business objectives.

- Continuously improve data delivery mechanisms, enabling efficient processing, maintenance, and analysis of large volumes of financial and trade data.

- Maintain rigorous data validation and verification procedures to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

- Troubleshoot performance and data issues, applying best practices in data engineering and operations.

- Demonstrate working knowledge of capital markets and an understanding of derivatives products and trade lifecycles.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- 8+ years of experience as an ETL Developer or in a similar data integration role, with 6+ years specifically in ETL development, preferably using CloverDX or similar tools (Alteryx, Informatica).

- Excellent communication skills and client management skills.

- Experience working with financial trade data, especially in derivatives.

- Strong understanding of ETL concepts, data integration, and transformation techniques.

- Familiarity with data formats such as XML, JSON, CSV, and industry-specific formats like FpML or FIX.

- Proficient in SQL and working with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).

- Experience with production support processes and root cause analysis in data environments.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Programming and OOPS concepts with practical experience.

- Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Awareness of basic IAM concepts, S3 buckets and configuration, Authentication and Authorization.

- Knowledge of data transfer protocols (FIX, sFTP, Kafka, MQ).
