We're looking for an experienced ETL Developer with 8-13 years of expertise to design, develop, and maintain robust data workflows. You'll be crucial in ensuring data accuracy, optimizing performance, and collaborating across teams to meet critical data requirements. This role specifically requires experience with Redshift and a background in the Telecom domain.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain efficient ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) workflows using various ETL tools.

- Optimize ETL processes for maximum performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Ensure data is accurately extracted from diverse source systems, precisely transformed according to defined business rules, and correctly loaded into target systems, including data warehouses and data lakes.

- Work closely with data analysts, data scientists, business stakeholders, and other developers to thoroughly understand evolving data requirements.

- Document all ETL processes, data mappings, and workflows comprehensively for maintainability and effective knowledge sharing.

- Participate actively in code reviews and contribute to the establishment and adherence of best practices in data engineering.

Required Skills :

- Mandatory experience with Redshift.

- 8 to 13 years of experience in ETL development.

- Strong understanding of ETL principles and methodologies.

- Proficiency in designing and optimizing data pipelines.
