Key Responsibilities :

- Design and execute test scenarios for ETL, data warehouse, and data integration solutions.

- Validate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes across source and target systems.

- Perform source-to-target data validation and reconciliation using complex SQL queries.

- Validate data completeness, accuracy, integrity, transformation rules, and business logic.

- Execute end-to-end testing of data pipelines and ETL workflows.

- Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and data quality testing.

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts where applicable.

- Validate data across cloud platforms, data warehouses, MDM platforms, and enterprise data environments.

- Identify, analyze, document, and track data defects through resolution.

- Collaborate with developers, data engineers, architects, business analysts, and project teams.

- Prepare test scenarios, test cases, test data, execution reports, and defect reports.

- Support continuous improvement of ETL testing processes and automation frameworks.

Mandatory Skills :

- 6 - 12 years of experience in ETL/Data Testing.

- Strong hands-on experience in ETL Testing.

- Strong proficiency in SQL.

- Experience with source-to-target validation and data reconciliation.

- Strong understanding of data transformation logic and data quality validation.

- Experience with at least one of the following primary skill areas :

1. Python

2. Azure or AWS

3. TDM (Test Data Management)

4. IBM / Informatica / Reltio MDM

5. Snowflake
