We are looking for skilled ETL and Web Testing Experts to join our Quality Assurance team for long-term onshore roles based in Abu Dhabi.

The ideal candidates will have strong hands-on experience in ETL testing, API testing, and Web application validation, along with advanced SQL and data verification skills.

Candidates with a background in healthcare domain or HL7 standards will have an added advantage.

You will play a key role in ensuring data integrity, validating BI dashboards, and ensuring end-to-end system quality through structured testing processes and QA metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze, design, and execute ETL test cases for data migration and transformation processes.

- Validate data movement between source, staging, and target systems ensuring accuracy and completeness.

- Verify data transformations, aggregations, and business logic implemented in Informatica (preferred) or other ETL tools.

- Write and execute complex SQL queries to perform backend data validation.

- Identify data mismatches, perform root cause analysis, and report data defects.

- Collaborate closely with data engineers to resolve ETL-related issues.

- Perform end-to-end Web UI testing, functional testing, and regression testing for web applications.

- Validate front-end and backend integrations, workflows, and data consistency.

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and usability testing.

- Participate in Defect Management, test case review, and release validation cycles.

- Design and execute API tests using Postman or similar tools.

- Validate request/response payloads, headers, authentication, and error handling.

- Integrate API testing with automation frameworks where applicable.

- Validate REST and SOAP APIs integrated with ETL and web systems.

- Validate data visualizations, KPIs, and metrics in Power BI or similar analytics tools.

- Compare dashboard data against backend data sources to ensure accuracy.

- Validate performance, usability, and business logic of BI dashboards.

- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test data based on business requirements.

- Ensure adherence to Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and QA best practices.

- Generate QA metrics, test execution reports, and defect summaries.

- Collaborate with development, business, and data teams for issue triage and resolution.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Expertise :

- Strong SQL skills ability to write complex joins, aggregations, and validation queries.

- Hands-on experience in ETL testing (Informatica preferred).

- Experience in API testing using Postman or similar tools.

- Proficiency in Web application testing, including both manual and automation testing.

- Experience in validating Power BI dashboards or equivalent BI tools.

- Knowledge of defect tracking systems like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or HP ALM.

- Familiarity with QA processes, test metrics, and documentation standards.

- Exposure to healthcare domain, HL7 standards, or data-driven healthcare systems (preferred).

- Understanding of Agile methodologies and iterative testing processes
