The Role : Were building modern mobile experiences for parents, students, and educators fast, intuitive, and beautifully simple. As a React Native Developer, youll design, develop, and maintain Ethers mobile apps integrated with our SaaS platform.

What You'll Do :

- Build and maintain cross-platform apps (iOS + Android) using React Native.

- Integrate RESTful APIs and internal microservices.

- Write clean, reusable TypeScript/JavaScript code.

- Implement authentication, push notifications, and offline-first features.

- Optimize app performance, UI responsiveness, and memory usage.

- Collaborate with backend, design & product teams to ship seamless user experiences.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Use GenAI tools (Cursor AI / GitHub Copilot) to boost productivity and code quality.

What We're Looking For :

- 3 to 6 years of hands-on React Native experience.

- Strong in JavaScript/TypeScript, React hooks, and state management (Redux/Zustand).

- Proficient in API integrations, deep linking, and analytics SDKs.

- Familiar with native modules (Android/iOS) and app store release processes.

- Understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM/Clean Architecture).

- Passionate about performance, UX, and modern development practices.

- Bonus : EdTech exposure, offline sync & caching, Firebase, or native (Swift/Kotlin) skills.
