Currently, we are looking for a Tech Lead to join our team.

Job Description :

- Proposing technical solutions based on business needs.

- Coordinate processes, be responsible for implementation and results (able to establish communication between teams related to technical solutions and their integrations if needed).

- Drive cross team collaboration from a technical perspective in case of inter-dependency within the development process.

- Actively collaborate with PO and BA in terms of scope decomposition.

- Guide and mentor team members.

- Active participation in discussions and decision-making on internal products.

- Active collaboration with the team (participation in grooming, daily meetings, planning sessions etc.

- Lead and actively participate in development of existing and new products.

Skills & Requirements :

- 1+ years of experience the role of Tech Lead.

- 10+ years of active practice in C# .NET / .Net Core / ASP.NET Core.

- Minimum 2 years of commercial development experience in JS/HTML/CSS, with additional experience in React, MobX, and TypeScript.

- Hands-on experience building RESTful APIs and SPAs, with experience in MS SQL and basic knowledge of WebSockets.

- Experience in authentication and authorization.

- Good command of English at an intermediate level or higher (Intermediate+).

Soft Skills :

- Leadership and mentoring.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Delegation and time management, with the ability to handle multitasking activities.

- Organized and detail-oriented, while keeping the overall solution in mind.

As a Plus :

- Knowledge of RabbitMQ, Redis, Hangfire, and SignalR.

- Experience with Docker, micro front-end approaches, and ES6.

- Experience in unit testing (xUnit, jest-junit).
