Description :

- We are seeking a Software Engineer to support and enhance Malibu's Tenovos Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform.

- This role blends L2 application support with development responsibilities for small enhancements, bug fixes, and integrations.

- With 3-4 years of experience, the engineer will focus on day-to-day incident management, automation, and assisting the Technical Lead in delivering long-term stability and improvements to the DAM platform.

- Provide day-to-day Level 2 support for Tenovos DAM, resolving incidents and service requests.

- Monitor ticketing systems and escalate complex issues to the Technical Lead.

- Perform daily system health checks and troubleshoot abnormalities.

- Troubleshoot user and workflow issues, including permissions, metadata, and asset workflows.

- Develop and test minor bug fixes, enhancements, and scripts for automation.

- Assist in debugging APIs and integrations with external systems.

- Document solutions, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides for internal knowledge base.

- Collaborate with the Technical Lead and cross-functional teams on system improvements.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

- 3-4 years of experience in application support and software development.

- Hands-on exposure to Digital Asset Management platforms (Tenovos preferred; AEM acceptable if willing to transition).

- Development experience with Java/.NET and scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, or Shell).

- Basic-to-intermediate SQL knowledge for troubleshooting.

- Familiarity with REST APIs and API testing tools (Postman, Swagger).

- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk).

- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn advanced troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Exposure to Tenovos DAM or other enterprise DAM platforms.

- Experience with workflow automation (Workfront Fusion, similar tools).

- Familiarity with DevOps pipelines and version control (Git, Jenkins).

- Strong documentation skills and experience working in global support teams.
