Job Description :

- The candidate should be able to create and enhance HCM reports, work with BI Publisher, and support HCM analytics requirements.

- Build and maintain HCM OTBI reports and extracts.

- Develop BI Publisher reports and data models.

- Support HCM analytics and validate report data.

- Work with functional teams to understand requirements.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience with OTBI and BI Publisher.

- Hands-on with HCM reporting (Core HR, Absence, Payroll, etc.

- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
