Job Summary :

Estuate is seeking an experienced UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) Consultant with strong expertise in Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) and UKG Pro WFM (formerly Workforce Dimensions) to support a large-scale workforce management transformation project for Medtronic. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leading and executing end-to-end migrations from WFC to UKG Pro WFM Cloud, including assessment, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, and production support.

Key Responsibilities :

UKG Pro WFM Migration :

- Lead and support end-to-end migration activities from Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) to UKG Pro Workforce Management Cloud.

- Perform system assessments, gap analysis, migration planning, and solution design.

- Execute configuration, data mapping, ETL processes, validation, cutover planning, and deployment activities.

- Support data reconciliation, testing, and post-migration stabilization.

Configuration & Functional Expertise :

- Configure and maintain UKG Pro WFM modules, including :

1. Timekeeping

2. Scheduling

3. Accruals

4. Attendance

5. Pay Rules

- Design and implement complex labor rules, pay policies, and compliance requirements.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable workforce management solutions.

Integration & Technical Development :

- Develop and support integrations using :

1. Workforce Integration Manager (WIM)

2. UKG Pro WFM Integration Hub (Dell Boomi)

3. REST APIs

- Troubleshoot integration issues and support data exchange between UKG and enterprise systems such as HRIS, Payroll, and ERP platforms.

- Utilize SQL and data migration tools to extract, transform, validate, and load workforce data.

Time Clock & Device Management :

- Assess, configure, and deploy UKG/Kronos time clock devices, including :

1. InTouch 9000 Series

2. InTouch 9100 Series

3. InTouch DX

4. 4500 Series Terminals

- Perform firmware compatibility reviews, device upgrades, and rollout planning.

- Support large-scale, multi-site device deployments and ongoing maintenance.

Global Workforce Management Support :

- Manage workforce management solutions across multiple regions and countries.

- Configure country-specific labor rules, pay rules, and compliance requirements.

- Support compliance with regulations such as FLSA and other local labor laws.

Testing, Documentation & Support :

- Prepare functional and technical design documentation.

- Lead and support SIT, UAT, and production validation activities.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide post-go-live support.

- Work closely with project managers, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of experience with Kronos/UKG Workforce Management solutions.

- Strong hands-on experience with both :

1. Kronos Workforce Central (WFC)

2. UKG Pro Workforce Management (Workforce Dimensions)

- Proven experience delivering WFC to UKG Pro WFM Cloud migration projects.

- Deep knowledge of timekeeping, scheduling, accruals, attendance, and pay rules configuration.

- Experience with Workforce Integration Manager (WIM), Dell Boomi Integration Hub, and REST APIs.

- Strong SQL and data migration expertise.

- Experience with Kronos/UKG time clock devices and enterprise deployments.

- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- UKG Pro WFM Certifications (highly preferred).

- Experience supporting healthcare, manufacturing, or regulated industry environments.

- Experience working on global workforce management implementations.

- Knowledge of payroll integrations and workforce compliance requirements.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with cloud transformation initiatives.

- Exposure to Agile project delivery methodologies.

- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise deployments with 10,000+ employees.
