- Currently, we are looking for an Incorta Admin to join our team.

Job Description :

- Monitor and maintain Incorta clusters across Production, UAT, and Non-Production environments to ensure stable performance and availability.

- Track node health, system resources, and Spark configurations, and escalate performance issues when needed.

- Develop basic monitoring scripts and schedule routine jobs using Linux shell scripting and cron.

- Perform regular metadata/configuration backups and assist with planned cluster restarts and maintenance activities.

- Support and maintain authentication configurations including SSO, SAML, and LDAP.

- Configure and update data source connections such as SAP ECC/BW, Oracle, Snowflake, SQL Server, Workday, and Adaptive Insights.

- Develop, run, and monitor full and incremental load plans to ensure timely and consistent data refresh cycles.

- Work with Incorta Support and internal teams to troubleshoot platform or data-related issues.

- Assist in tuning Materialized Views (MVs) using basic Spark optimization techniques (memory settings, partitioning, caching).

Key Skills & Tools :

- Experience with Incorta platform administration and analytics workflows.

- Working knowledge of Spark / PySpark concepts and basic performance tuning.

- Proficiency in Linux administration (logs, processes, disk usage, service monitoring).

- Hands-on experience with shell scripting and automation (Bash, cron).

- Solid understanding of SQL and basic data modeling concepts.

- Exposure to authentication methods (SSO, SAML, LDAP).

- Familiarity with API-based integrations (REST, token/auth flows).

- Ability to configure database connections (Snowflake, Oracle, SQL Server).

- Experience working with ITSM tools like ServiceNow.

- Troubleshooting and performance debugging in distributed environments.

Nice to have :

- knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes concepts.
