Description :

We are looking for a hands-on HubSpot Developer with strong expertise in HubSpot CRM customization, development, and integrations. The ideal candidate should have direct experience working on HubSpot portals, automations, custom objects, workflows, APIs, and CRM data architecture. This role requires individual contribution, not coordination.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and customize HubSpot CRM to meet business requirements

- Build and optimize workflows, automation, pipelines, properties, and custom objects

- Develop and maintain HubSpot CMS components (landing pages, forms, emails, templates)

- Implement custom integrations using HubSpot APIs (REST, Webhooks) with third-party systems

- Perform data migration, data validation, and CRM data hygiene

- Develop custom scripts using JavaScript / HubL for advanced functionality

- Troubleshoot CRM issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure system stability

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into CRM solutions

- Ensure best practices around security, scalability, and performance

- Support CI/CD, version control, and deployment activities related to HubSpot assets

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications :

- 4+ years of hands-on HubSpot CRM development experience

- Strong knowledge of HubSpot CRM architecture

Expertise in :

- Workflows & automation

- Custom objects & properties

- Pipelines & lifecycle stages

- Forms, emails, and lead management

- Hands-on experience with HubSpot APIs, Webhooks, and integrations

- Proficiency in JavaScript, HubL, HTML, CSS

- Experience in CRM data migration and integration projects

- Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and service hub processes

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Good to Have :

- HubSpot certifications (Developer / Admin / CMS)

- Experience with Salesforce, Zoho, or other CRM integrations

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery models

- Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps practices
