Were looking for a Full Stack Engineer (SDE III) to join Esper and build impactful features across both UI and backend systems.

In this role, youll own features end-to-end from design through deployment while working closely with Product and Design to deliver scalable, customer-focused solutions.

If youre excited to use AI tools (like Claude, ChatGPT) to speed up coding, testing, and documentation, youll fit right in.

What Youll Do :

- Build and deliver production-ready features in React (frontend) and Go/Python (backend).

- Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA to shape requirements and solutions.

- Contribute to system design, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Take ownership of features, fixes, and enhancements across the platform.

- Write high-quality, test-driven code and documentation.

- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and quality.

What Were Looking For :

- 24 years of software engineering experience.

- Strong CS fundamentals (Data Structures, Algorithms, OS, Networks).

- Hands-on experience in React (or similar UI framework).

- Backend experience in Go or Python.

- Cloud exposure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

- Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows.

- Growth mindset and eagerness to learn.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with system design and scaling.

- Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, or DevOps workflows.

- Exposure to AI-assisted dev tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.

- Startup or fast-paced environment experience.
