Job Title : Service Now Developer

Location : Hyderabad

Experience Required : 6- 12

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our IT Service Management team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow platform development, particularly in CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and ITSM modules. This role demands hands-on experience with SAM Pro, scripting skills, and a deep understanding of ITIL processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules including ITSM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB.

- Implement and manage ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM Pro) capabilities.

- Configure and maintain integrations with third-party systems via REST, SOAP, and other APIs.

- Develop and maintain Discovery patterns, probes, and sensors to support CMDB health and accuracy.

- Analyze and optimize workflows for Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management modules.

Required Qualifications :

- 6- 12 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.

- Proven expertise in :

1. CMDB

2. ServiceNow Discovery

3. Service Mapping

4. ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Discovery

- Experience working as a SAM Administrator, leveraging SAM Pro capabilities.

- ITIL Foundation Certification or higher.
