Job Description :

Required Attributes for the Role :

Business Process Workshops :


- Preparing for and running business process workshops related to reporting and analytics.


- Documenting the reporting and analytics processes.


Configuration :


- Configuration of the SAP S/4HANA analytics, including data models, ETL, and reporting tools.


Support and Expertise :


- Providing support for all testing activities related to the SAP reporting and analytics solution.


- Offering expertise and leadership in designing and building SAP S/4HANA reporting and analytics solutions.


Technical Proficiency :


- Deep understanding of SAP HANA in-memory technology, columnar database, and related innovations.


- Ability to comprehend complex requirements and architect end-to-end analytics solutions comprising ETL, HANA, and reporting components.


- Hands-on experience with CDS views, calculation views, HANA SQL, and security using analytical privileges.


Additional Skills (Preferred but not mandatory) :


- Knowledge of Microsoft Platform including Azure, Power BI, SQL Server, and the Microsoft BI and hybrid/cloud stack.


Architecture and Analysis :


- Data warehouse solution architecture.


- Business process analysis and modelling.


Documentation :


- Expertise in business-focused, technology-focused, and project-focused documentation.


Industry Experience :


- Experience in FMCG or Manufacturing sectors is a definite plus.


Requirements for the Role :


- Minimum 8 years of experience in native HANA (SAP BW experience will not be considered).


- Willingness to upskill and learn Microsoft BI technology/tools.
