Job Title : SAP ABAP HR Developer

Location : Hyderabad

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP HR Developer with strong expertise in SAP HCM and technical HR ABAP development. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience working with HR Logical Databases, Payroll, Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), and integrating SAP systems with external applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain custom programs, reports, and enhancements in SAP HR ABAP.

- Develop and support applications using HR Logical Databases (PNP, PNPCE) and HR Macros to read info type data.

- Hands-on experience with SAP HCM modules such as Payroll, Organizational Management (OM), and Personnel Administration (PA).

- Work with HR-specific Function Modules (FMs) and BAPIs to update or retrieve HR data.

- Participate in 2 or more full-cycle SAP HCM implementations as an HR ABAP Developer.

- Interface SAP HR with external systems using RFCs, BAPIs, IDocs, and other integration tools.

- Develop custom solutions using Object-Oriented ABAP, Smart Forms, SAP Scripts, and Interface Programming.

- Leverage enhancement techniques such as BADIs, User Exits, and the Enhancement Framework.

Required Qualifications :

- 5 to 9 years of strong experience in SAP HR ABAP development.

- Solid understanding of SAP HCM modules including Payroll, OM, and PA.

- Strong working knowledge of HR Macros, Logical Databases (PNP/PNPCE), and InfoType data structures.

- Hands-on experience with :

1. Function Modules (FMs) and BAPIs relevant to HR

2. Smart Forms, SAP Scripts

3. Object-Oriented ABAP

4. Enhancement Framework, BADIs, and User Exits

- ALV Reporting and Dialog Programming

- Experience integrating SAP with non-SAP systems.
