Position Summary :

We are looking for an experienced MDM Consultant with deep expertise in Modern Workplace (EUC) environments.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing and managing Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Workspace ONE UEM solutions, ensuring secure, compliant, and seamless device management across platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement and support Microsoft Intune & Windows Autopilot solutions for enterprise environments.

- Manage device enrollment, compliance policies, conditional access, and application deployment (.apk, .msi, Win32).

- Configure dynamic device groups, update rings, and custom company portal apps to streamline device management.

- Lead Intune migration projects, ensuring smooth transitions and zero downtime.

- Write and test PowerShell deployment scripts for automation and optimization.

- Provide Level 2/3 support for Autopilot, MDM, and MAM environments.

- Support and troubleshoot devices on Windows, Android, and iOS platforms.

- Collaborate with vendors (Microsoft, VMware, Apple) to resolve escalated issues.

- Participate in Windows 10/11 migration, patch management, and compliance remediation.

- Work closely with clients to assess requirements and propose modern workplace solutions.

Required Skills & Competencies :

- Proven experience in Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Azure AD, and Workspace ONE UEM.

- Strong understanding of Windows infrastructure AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, SSO.

- Proficiency in Azure services, conditional access policies, and MFA configurations.

- Experience in automation scripting (PowerShell preferred).

- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.

- Strong stakeholder communication and client management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight timelines.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics Engineering or equivalent.

Certifications (Preferred) :

- Microsoft 365 Certified : Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102)

- ITIL v3 Foundations

- VMware Workspace ONE UEM Certification (if applicable)
