Role Description :

We are seeking a full-time Lead Quality Assurance Engineer to lead our QA team.

You can work from Bangaluru or Mumbai.

This role is focused on overseeing the quality assurance lifecycle : ensuring robust test execution, designing and reviewing test cases, conducting manual testing, writing automation tests as well as evals for our AI usecases and owning the release cycles of our AI workflows.

You will be setting the right standards for our QA team and managing their professional development as well.

The right candidate will collaborate with the product & development team, enhance software testing strategies, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality AI solutions.

Must Haves :

- 5+ years in QA with 2+ years in a lead/senior role, mentoring teams and establishing quality standards.

- Expert in test planning, test case design, and execution across manual and automated testing.

- Proficiency with test automation frameworks (Playwright, Puppeteer, JMeter, etc.) and API testing tools.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, phased deliveries and integration testing.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with ability to collaborate across teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- Comfortable balancing speed and quality in fast-paced environments.

Nice To Haves :

- Python/JavaScript knowledge, observability tools experience.

- Experience testing AI/ML systems, LLM applications, and evaluating non-deterministic AI outputs.

- Familiarity with AI workflow concepts : agent orchestration, RAG systems, tool calling, and multi-step automation.
