Role : ERP Next Functional consultant

Work location : Vashi ,Navi Mumbai & Hebbal village, Bangalore ( work from office)

Shift : 11 AM to 8 PM

Working Days : (Monday to Friday ) 5 Days

- The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in ERPNext implementation, configuration, and customization across multiple industries.

- This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs, configure ERPNext modules, ensure smooth deployment, and provide ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities :

Requirement Gathering & Analysis :

- Engage with stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements.

- Translate client needs into functional requirements and ERPNext workflows.

System Configuration & Implementation :

- Configure ERPNext modules, including CRM, Accounting, HR, Inventory, Education, and others as per our needs.

- Design and implement custom workflows, reports, and dashboards.

- Manage seamless data migration and system setup.

Client Engagement & Support :

- Conduct process workshops and training sessions for end- users.

- Provide post- implementation support, troubleshooting, and system optimization.

- Act as a bridge between technical teams and clients for smooth communication.

Documentation :

- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including system configurations, process flows, and user guides.

Continuous Improvement :

- Identify areas to enhance ERPNext functionalities and improve business processes.

- Stay updated with the latest ERPNext features and trends.

Qualifications & Requirements :

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

- 4+ years of experience in implementing and managing ERPNext or similar ERP systems.

- Expertise in ERPNext modules such as HR, Accounting, Inventory, Education, Finance and Lending.

- Strong understanding of business processes in industries like education, lending, and services.

- Hands- on experience with ERPNext customization, Frappe framework scripting, and workflow automation.

- Proficiency in requirement analysis, process mapping, and GAP analysis.

- Excellent communication and client- handling skills.

- Ability to lead training sessions and workshops for end- users.

- Strong problem- solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have) :

- ERPNext certification or certification in related ERP systems.

- Experience with ERPNext API integrations.

- Knowledge of database structures and SQL queries.

- Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.
