Key Responsibilities :

- Act as the first point of contact for ERP-related user issues and service requests

- Log, categorize, and resolve tickets within defined SLAs

- Perform basic troubleshooting of ERP application, access, and system issues

- Handle user access requests, password resets, and role assignments

- Monitor ERP system availability and report issues proactively

- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to L2/L3 support teams

- Maintain accurate incident records and documentation

- Communicate clearly with users regarding issue status and resolution

Tools & Skills Commonly Used :

- ERP Platforms : SAP / Oracle ERP / MS Dynamics / Odoo

- Databases : Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL

- OS : Linux / Windows Server

- Ticketing Tools : ServiceNow, JIRA, Remedy
