- Provide technical expertise and support for iScala ERP modules : Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Fixed Assets (FA).

- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot SSSR reports and other technical reporting solutions.

- Engage with customers to understand requirements, provide demonstrations, and offer technical guidance.

- Perform development and customization using .NET, SQL, and PL/SQL.

- Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to implement technical solutions and enhancements.

- Support system upgrades, patches, and technical testing activities.

- Ensure adherence to best practices in development, configuration, and deployment within iScala ERP.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong hands-on experience with Epicor iScala AP, AR, GL, and FA modules.

- Expertise in SSSR reporting and technical report generation.

- Proficiency in .NET, SQL, and PL/SQL for ERP customizations and enhancements.

- Strong customer-facing skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders and end-users.

- Experience in Epicor iScala technical development and ERP support.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
