- Collaborate with business associates and the ERP Vendors of Farvision, In4Velocity, etc to maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot ERP application, ensuring seamless operation across all modules.

Business User Support :

- Provide comprehensive support to users across various departments including Sales & Customer Care (CRM), Billing, Taxation, Engineering, Contracting & Procurement, Finance, and Administration.

- This includes resolving issues, providing training, and offering remote assistance.

Business Analysis :

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization within the ERP system.

Reporting & Analytics :

- Generate and distribute periodic reports based on statistical analysis of data from various timeframes.

- Prepare specific reports as requested by management.

Team Management & Supervision :

- Effectively supervise and mentor a team, providing solutions to resolve application issues by coordinating with multiple OEMs/Vendors team.

Client Onboarding :

- Register new real estate clients under ERP system, configuring and migrating client data as needed.

- Provide comprehensive training and support to clients.
