We are seeking an experienced ERP NAV Functional Consultant to join our team as an in-house consultant for Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing business requirements, implementing ERP solutions, and providing end-user support.

This position involves working on projects for both existing clients and new implementations, ensuring seamless integration and optimal use of Dynamics NAV.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with project teams through workshops, design sessions, and ERP implementations.

- Train end-users on new processes and Dynamics NAV functionality.

- Develop and execute data conversion and testing strategies.

- Manage individual project budgets and scope of work.

- Oversee and validate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Provide pre- and post-go-live support to ensure smooth system adoption.

- Work closely with stakeholders to optimize business processes within Dynamics NAV.

Education, Certifications & Experience :

- Experience with ISV products (e.g., ChargeLogic, Lanham E-Ship, Scribe Insight, Jet Reports) is a plus.

- Strong functional knowledge in Finance, Distribution, and Production modules; additional expertise in CRM, Projects, MRP, or WMS is advantageous.

- 4+ years of hands-on experience with full life-cycle ERP implementations.

- Proven experience in Accounting, Distribution, and Manufacturing business processes.

- Deep understanding of best practices for small-to-midsize business processes.

- Ability to interpret and communicate business requirements effectively across all organizational levels.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work independently.

- Excellent documentation skills, including business/system requirements, process diagrams, and data flow charts.

- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of SQL and data migration tools.

- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central is a plus.
