Job Description

Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced ERP Integration Test Analyst to support enterprise-wide ERP testing initiatives.


The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in automation and manual testing, ERP application testing, integration validation, and test framework development.


This role requires working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to ensure the quality and reliability of complex ERP implementations and integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ERP applications and integrations.

- Perform end-to-end, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing.

- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and reusable test assets.

- Validate data flows, system integrations, and business processes across ERP platforms.

- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure testing requirements are met.

- Support quality assurance activities throughout the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).

- Prepare test reports, metrics, and status updates for stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of hands-on Automation Testing experience.

- 3+ years of Manual Testing experience in complex enterprise environments.

- 3+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks.

- 3+ years of hands-on Selenium Automation experience.

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on programming experience with C#, Java, or a similar automation language.

- Hands-on ERP Testing experience in platforms such as :

1. Workday

2. SAP

3. Oracle

4. PeopleSoft

5. TechnologyOne

6. Other enterprise ERP systems

- Strong understanding of Integration Testing methodologies.

- Experience testing APIs, data integrations, and enterprise applications.

- Knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and defect management processes.

Soft Skills :

- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.

- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and project requirements.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Additional Requirements :

- Excellent communication skills are mandatory.

- Must be willing to relocate to Australia.

- Available to work onsite for a minimum of one year.

- Comfortable working onsite at least three days per week.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with enterprise digital transformation programs.

- Knowledge of ERP business processes and workflows.

- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing best practices.
