Roles & Responsibilities :

- Gather, understand & document customer requirements & business processes

- Map business requirements with software features and perform Gap analysis to identify customization needs

- Design & propose solutions with their implementation plan

- Plan & execute data migration

- Ensure smooth deployment by performing functional tests and planning go-live & cut-over

- Lead the ERP Implementation project end-to-end

- Coordinate with offshore technical resources to accomplish project's technical needs

- Support the sales team during pre-sales for requirement discussions, delivering proof of concept & proposals.

- Conduct in-person meetings with prospects & existing customers for the purpose of requirement gathering or training

- Provide regular support to existing customers via emails or calls

- Effectively use Project Management System to handle multiple projects and regularly provide progress report to the management

Required Skills & Qualification :

- Minimum 3 year experience in handling ERP projects

- Knowledge of any ERP system (Odoo, SAP, Netsuite, Microsoft Dynamics etc.) is an advantage

- Familiar with business domains such as Manufacturing, Wholesales & Distrubution, Retail & eCommerce

- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

- Good team player with a customer-centric approach

- Highly analytical & problem-solving mindeset

- Strong project management skills
