Responsibilities :

- Perform business requirements analysis and documentation.

- Contribute to project teams through workshops and ERP implementations.

- Train users in new processes and Dynamics NAV functionality.

- Develop data conversion and testing strategies.

- Manage individual budget and scope of work.

- Verify User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Provide pre-go-live and post-go-live end-user support.

Education/ Certifications and Experience :

- 7+ years' functional experience in implementing Microsoft Navision OR Business Central is required.

- Experience with ISV products such as Charge Logic, Lanham E-Ship, Scribe Insight and Jet Reports a plus.

- Functional knowledge of finance, distribution, and production granules; Other areas of functionality such as CRM, Projects, MRP and WMS is a plus.

- Experience with core business processes such as Accounting, Distribution and Manufacturing.

- Minimum 4 years' hands-on experience with full life-cycle implementations.

- Previous ERP implementation experience is required.

- Knowledge of best practices, principles and procedures as related to small-to-mid-size business processes.

- Ability to understand, communicate on all levels in an organization, interpret client business processes and requirements.

- Ability to thrive in a collaborative atmosphere.

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple demands.

- Proven ability to write effective system and process documentation, including business and system requirements, process diagrams, and data flow charts.

- Fluency in English, both written and verbal is required.

- Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives without detailed supervision.
