1. ERP System Ownership

- Develop deep, hands-on knowledge of 2020 Insight and 2020 Construct.

- Configure and maintain products, items, materials, MRP (POs, receiving, inventory, shipping) and MES (planning, scheduling, optimization)

- Customize forms, layouts, user management, security management and work flows using XML and SQL

- Act as the primary in-house SME (subject matter expert) for 2020 systems.

2. Integration & Data Flow Support :

- Support and troubleshoot integrations between 2020 Insight and Salesforce, S2K (finance), Avalara (tax), Reconex (freight), and Yooz (AP automation).

- Understand JSON contracts, mapping rules, and data synchronization workflows.

- Document integration logic to reduce black-box dependency on external parties.

3. Knowledge Capture & Documentation :

- Build a knowledge base of 2020 configurations, processes, and integrations.

- Translate consultant-driven implementations into internal reference guides.

- Document ERP best practices to enable training of future hires.

4. User Support & Training :

- Provide first-line support for operations, finance, and customer service teams.

- Conduct internal training sessions to increase adoption of ERP features.

- Partner with business leaders to refine system use cases and reduce customizations.

5. Continuous Improvement :

- Proactively identify opportunities to simplify workflows in 2020.

- Track and evaluate Cyncly updates/releases and assess adoption internally.

- Suggest automation or AI-driven enhancements (future Industry 4.0 roadmap).
