Role : ERP ANALYST (Workday - Report Building and Dashboard)

Contract Duration : 12 Months + Extendable

Primary Responsibilities may include :

- Support Enterprise ERP System

- Build and support Workday reports and dashboards.

- Build and deployment of new modules/projects/enhancements

- Change Control process of requests through migration to Production tenants

- Supports any application upgrades, maintenance, security, access

- Monitor ServiceNow queue for urgent requests and ticket assignments

- Work directly with Client & Change Management to document business requirements

- Participate in Oncall rotation with team members for critical off hours issues

Qualifications :

- 2+ years experience in creation/modification of matrix, composite and advanced reports and dashboards across functional areas.

Required Skills :

- Workday Reporting Expertise :

- Ability to create matrix, composite, and advanced reports.

- Build dashboards to visualize data effectively.

Technical Translation :

- Understand business requirements and convert them into technical deliverables (reports, dashboards, data queries, etc.).

ERP Understanding :

- Knowledge of ERP systems (Workday in particular).

- Familiarity with change management, testing, and production deployment.

- Problem-Solving & Support :

- Troubleshoot issues reported by users via ServiceNow.

- Collaborate with teams to maintain smooth operations
