Core Responsibilities :

- 1. DevOps & AWS Cloud Engineering :

Manage AWS cloud infrastructure end-to-end :

- EC2, ECS/EKS

- RDS/Aurora/MySQL

- S3, CloudFront

- VPC, Subnets, NAT, Routing

- ALB/NLB

- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation.

- Design, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines.

- Ensure high availability, scalability, and cost optimization within AWS.

2. Security Engineering & DevSecOps :

- Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines (SAST, DAST, SCA, secrets scanning).

Implement and manage security controls on AWS :

- IAM, KMS

- AWS WAF / Shield

- GuardDuty, Security Hub

- CloudTrail, CloudWatch Logs

- Conduct vulnerability assessments and drive timely remediation.

- Manage container and Kubernetes security best practices.

3. Monitoring, Logging & Incident Response :

- Maintain observability using AWS CloudWatch, CloudTrail, X-Ray.

- Integrate and monitor SIEM solutions (Wazuh / ELK / Splunk).

- Create and maintain incident response playbooks.

- Lead response during security alerts and events.

Additional Responsibilities :

- Support audits for Cyber Security Framework & RBI fintech guidelines.

- Prepare compliance evidence and documentation from AWS configurations and logs.

- Ensure alignment with data localization and fintech security requirements.

- Coordinate with external auditors and CERT-Inempanelled agencies during assessments.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5-8 years of combined DevOps and Security experience.

- Strong hands-on expertise with AWS services and cloud security.

- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containers, and Kubernetes.

- Experience with NIST, CIS Benchmarks, ISO 27001 security controls.

- Familiarity with Indian fintech security guidelines (RBI/REBIT)
