Role Overview :

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering scalable, high-quality software and platform solutions.

The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Agile methodologies, possess strong technical project management skills, and have a passion for driving results through teamwork and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and oversee project plans, timelines, and deliverables for software and platform initiatives.

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies - stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.

- Collaborate with engineering, QA, DevOps, and product teams to remove impediments and drive efficiency.

- Track and monitor project performance using appropriate tools and metrics.

- Maintain transparent project documentation and ensure stakeholder alignment.

- Work closely with business and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery.

Requirements :

- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or Scrum Master in a SaaS or platform development environment.

- Strong understanding of software/application development (preferably with Java stack).

- Familiarity with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, IAM, and DevOps practices.

- Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).

- Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications :

- Experience : 5+ Years

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.

- PMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus
