Position : Technical Consultant Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.


Experience : 5+ years.


Location : Bangalore, Karnataka, India.


Key Qualifications & skills :


- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM implementation, customization, and support.


- Strong expertise in Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Pages.


- Proficiency in Plugins, Custom Workflows, Custom Actions, JavaScript, PCF Controls.


- Experience in Power Automate (flows, approvals, BPFs) and Copilot Studio.


- Hands-on experience with complex integrations using APIs, Azure Logic Apps, middleware, or custom connectors.


- Strong knowledge of On-Premises (IFD) and D365 Online environments.


- Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, JavaScript, and OOP concepts.


- Experience in SSRS, FetchXML, and Power BI reporting.


- Proficiency in solution architecture, data migration, and performance optimization.


- Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines for CI/CD, ALM best practices, and automated deployments.


- Familiar with tools: Azure DevOps, Postman, Swagger, Fiddler, Wireshark, SoapUI, TFS, GitHub, SVN, Jira, Confluence.


- Proficiency with Microsoft Visual Studio, XRM Toolbox, CRM REST Builder, Ribbon Workbench.


- Experience with Web API and consuming third-party APIs using plugins and workflows.


- Expertise with Plugin Registration Tool for CRM customization and deployment.


- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, including international client engagement.


- Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform certifications (preferred).


Key Responsibilities :


Solution Design & Development :


- Analyze client requirements and translate them into technical specifications.


- Configure and customize D365 CE applications (entities, forms, views, dashboards, roles).


- Develop and enhance solutions using Plugins, Workflows, Custom Actions, JavaScript, and PCF Controls.


- Build and optimize Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, and Power Pages.


- Design reusable frameworks and components for faster delivery.


Integrations & Power Platform :


- Design and deliver complex integrations with external systems (APIs, Azure Logic Apps, middleware).


- Automate processes using Power Automate (flows, approvals, and BPFs).


- Build intelligent customer experiences using Copilot Studio and AI-driven capabilities.


- Consume third-party APIs via plugins and workflows, ensuring secure and reliable communication.


Data & Reporting :


- Design and optimize data models, migrations, and cleansing activities.


- Create advanced reports using SSRS, FetchXML, and Power BI.


- Ensure scalability, governance, and security of data across environments.


Deployment & DevOps :


- Manage solution packaging, deployments, version control, and lifecycle management.


- Implement Azure DevOps pipelines for CI/CD, ensuring automated builds, tests, and deployments.


- Utilize tools such as Postman, Swagger, Fiddler, Wireshark, SoapUI, TFS, GitHub, and SVN for testing, debugging, and version control.


- Follow ALM practices to maintain reliability and efficiency across environments.


- Support both on-premises and cloud deployments.


Client Engagement & Delivery :


- Conduct workshops, requirement sessions, and demos for client stakeholders.


- Support clients during UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and post-go-live phases.


- Provide end-user and admin training to maximize adoption.


- Act as a trusted advisor by recommending optimizations and enhancements.


Team Collaboration & Leadership :


- Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and project managers for seamless delivery.


- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior consultants, and enforce best practices.


- Prepare and maintain documentation: Technical Design Docs, Configuration Guides, Test Cases.


- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, scrums, retrospectives).


- Work with collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence for agile delivery and documentation.


Support & Continuous Improvement :


- Provide post-implementation technical support, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize performance.


- Monitor system health, identify bottlenecks, and implement proactive fixes.


- Stay updated with new features in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure ecosystem to recommend upgrades.


- Leverage tools like XRM Toolbox, CRM REST Builder, and Ribbon Workbench to streamline administration and customization tasks.
