Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 AX/F&O solutions in alignment with business requirements.

- Customize and configure D365 F&O modules to support functional and business needs.

- Develop technical specifications, design documents, and system integrations with external and third-party applications.

- Lead and manage large customizations, add-on development, and performance tuning of existing solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical and business requirements.

- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system performance, customization, and integration.

- Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 F&O technologies, tools, and best practices.

- Provide technical training and support to internal teams and clients as needed.

- Participate in deployment, maintenance, and post-Go-Live support activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 AX/F&O (Finance & Operations) development and implementation.

- Strong experience with X++, C#, .NET framework, and related development tools.

- Hands-on experience in customization, configuration, and third-party integrations.

- Experience in Add-on and extension development within the D365 F&O framework.

- Solid understanding of data structures, workflows, and AIF (Application Integration Framework).

- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.

- Knowledge of Power Platform, Azure Services, and LCS (Lifecycle Services) is an advantage.

- Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Relevant Microsoft Dynamics certifications preferred.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations modules.

- Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (e.g., Azure DevOps).

- Experience in global implementations and working with international clients.
