Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive EDI Developer managing EDI workflows.

The role involves translating business needs into technical mappings and integrations, facilitating smooth communication between legacy systems, D365, customers, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead EDI migration and integration activities using ANSI X12 transaction sets, specifically focusing on 850 (Purchase Order), 855 (Order Acknowledgement), and 860 (Purchase Order Change), addressing both customer-facing and vendor-related documents.

- Design, develop, and maintain data mappings and business process orchestrations to and from internal formats (XML, JSON, CSV, flat files, ERP/WMS).

- Configure and manage connectivity for seamless communication with partners.

- Support and troubleshoot production flows, handling exceptions, auditing, and latency resolution to meet SLA requirements.

- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solution designs, and refine workflows.

- Assist with system and user acceptance testing, performance tuning, and create launch and warranty support plans.

- Produce integration documentation, technical specifications, operational guides, and deliver training to internal teams and business stakeholders.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications :

- Hands-on experience with Cleo Integration Cloud (CIC) preferably.

- Proficiency in implementing and troubleshooting EDI integrations using ANSI X12 standards, including working experience with 850, 855, and 860 documents.

- Familiarity with EDI-to-internal data transformation, mapping tools, and scripting or automation.

- Strong understanding of enterprise integration ecosystems, including ERP platforms, integration methods, and API-based workflows (REST/SOAP).

- Solid experience with SQL and data transformation workflows.

- Excellent troubleshooting, performance tuning, and support mindset for high-volume EDI environments.

- Collaborative communicator with strong documentation ability and training skills.
