As a Power Platform Lead, you should be able to lead and manage a team of developers, mentor and upskill team members, evaluate their performance, and engage directly with customers to deliver solutions independently.

You will be expected to work independently with clients, providing guidance, thought leadership, and technical direction without relying on external support.

On the technical side, you must have strong expertise in Power Apps (Model-Driven and Canvas), Power Automate workflows and approvals, Dataverse data modelling and security, Power BI dashboards, and integration with SharePoint and Teams.

You should also be capable of handling solution architecture, environment setup, governance, integrations with REST APIs and Azure services, AI Builder and Copilot Studio, and DevOps pipelines with solution versioning.

Additionally, you are expected to communicate effectively with stakeholders, guide developers work, troubleshoot performance issues, and manage licensing and cost optimization.

Typical activities that would be expected are :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint and PowerBI.

- Managing, mentoring, and upskilling team members to build a strong talent pool.

- Evaluating performance of subordinates and providing constructive feedback.

- Driving collaboration within a high-performance team environment, while ensuring smooth coordination across stakeholders.

- Leveraging your Expertise in Power Platform while continuously expanding your own skills and fostering growth within the team.

Mandatory/Primary Technical Skills :

- 10+ years of experience in Software industry and at least 5 + years of experience in Power Platform.

- Able to build Model-Driven and Canvas Apps with role-based security.

- Can design complex workflows and approvals in Power Automate.

- Skilled in Dataverse data modelling, rules, and security roles.

- Experienced in creating and embedding Power BI dashboards.

- Experience in AI Builder.

- Proficiency in custom connectors, API integrations, and security models (OAuth, AD Authentication, etc.

- Can integrate Power Apps with SharePoint lists and Teams.

- Able to design end-to-end solutions and manage deployments.

- Can set up environments, DLP policies, and governance frameworks.

- Experienced in building integrations with REST APIs and Azure services.

- Able to use AI Builder and Copilot Studio for AI models and chatbots.

- Skilled in managing DevOps pipelines, ALM and solution versioning.

- Communicates effectively with business and technical teams.

- Reviews and guides work delivered by developers.

- Can troubleshoot performance and scalability issues.
