Description :

- Lead the implementation, customization, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) solutions.

- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from requirement gathering (FRD) to Go-Live and post-implementation support.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and design scalable, high-performance solutions.

- Supervise and mentor teams of functional consultants and developers, ensuring timely and quality project delivery.

- Design and optimize Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Production modules and related workflows.

- Manage third-party integrations with Dynamics 365 BC, ensuring seamless connectivity across systems.

- Work with clients to troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure user adoption.

- Leverage Power BI and Power Platform tools for data visualization and business intelligence solutions.

- Contribute to solution architecture discussions, product roadmaps, and customer presentations.

- Collaborate with global project teams, including stakeholders in North America and the Middle East.

- Support pre-sales activities by demonstrating product capabilities and best practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- 8 - 12 years of hands-on experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) or Dynamics NAV.

- Proven experience leading or supervising teams of Dynamics 365 BC functional and technical professionals.

- Deep functional expertise in Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Production modules.

- Strong project delivery experience across the full lifecycle from FRD creation to post-Go-Live stabilization.

- Expertise in Dynamics 365 BC integrations with external and third-party systems.

- Experience working with Power BI and Power Platform toolsets is an advantage.

- Excellent understanding of BC architecture, extensions, and best practices for customization.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- A Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA qualification preferred).

- Prior experience working in international projects or with US/Canada clients is a strong plus.

- US/Canada Visa and willingness for occasional travel to North America or client locations.

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of Azure services and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

- Experience with ISV Add-ons for Dynamics 365 BC.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps environments.

- Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
